We work with single program, independent educational institutions and larger chains, single institutions with multiple programs, and regional and national corporate career schools and colleges with multiple locations and programs to help them achieve educational excellence.

Schenkman Consulting works with institution executives, administrators and managers who want to help their organizations to better succeed and grow their core business – EDUCATION. Often these employers and employees face challenges in their schools around many different issues. In many cases, these institutions have taken initial steps but are unsure or unaware of the additional actions needed to achieve core business results and full compliance.

Schenkman Consulting helps by effectively partnering with management to create and/or strengthen the educational institution’s competitive advantage by providing and supporting the institution with the expertise it needs during these times.

Our Recent Clients Include:

  • A Long Island Business School with branch campus that wanted help with the development of a new and complete detailed 3-5 year Institutional Effectiveness Plan (IEP) in order to obtain final re-accreditation approval for its branch campus.
  • A five campus regionally accredited WASC California Career College that wanted to add a new, multi-tiered Massage Therapy program with clock hour thru Associates Degree options to its educational offerings.  
  • An upstate New York Massage Therapy school that wanted to open a branch campus on Long Island.
  • A corporate regional chain that wanted to fully revamp its Massage therapy Program and replace it with a completely new and revised program in 17 of its campuses and over time slowly roll it out into its other 18 campuses.
  • An international Publishing Company in need of a subject matter expert (SME) and consultant to liaison and work with numerous of their client educational institutions.
  • A Fortune 500 national corporate career college chain with over 100 campuses that wanted to revise and update one of its programs.
  • An established Portland, Oregon Institution that wanted an Interim Director to work with for six months to conduct a management review, reorganize the management level of the college to meet growing needs for continued success and to prepare and ready it for an upcoming re-accreditation site-visit.
